Ingredients

  • 1 lb cephalopore, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the cephalopore and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
