  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
