Ingredients
- 1 lb cephalopore, cleaned and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cephalopore and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
