  • 2 lbs flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
