  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cayenne pepper, saffron, salt, and black pepper.
