Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
