Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • 2. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  • 3. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  • 4. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
