This sandwich is a perfect combination of gooey cheese and spicy onion sambal. It's easy to make and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of onion sambal
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- 1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
- 4. Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread.
- 5. Spread the onion sambal on top of the cheese.
- 6. Add the second slice of cheese on top of the sambal.
- 7. Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.
- 8. Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 9. Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
