This sandwich is a perfect combination of gooey cheese and spicy onion sambal. It's easy to make and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of onion sambal
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  • 1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
  • 4. Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread.
  • 5. Spread the onion sambal on top of the cheese.
  • 6. Add the second slice of cheese on top of the sambal.
  • 7. Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.
  • 8. Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • 9. Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
