- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
