Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, and yeast mixture. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, bell pepper, garlic, spices, tomato paste, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
