Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, flaxseed meal, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
