Ingredients

  • 3 cups day-old cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
  • 1 cup diced cooked protein (such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
