Ideal for family dinners or gatherings, this dish combines authentic Vietnamese flavors with irresistible crunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, fish sauce, lemongrass, ginger, and garlic in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight.

  2. 2

  3. 3
