Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cod
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp
- 1 lb. fresh clams
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, white wine, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cod, shrimp, and clams to the pot and stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pot and let cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the clams have opened.
- Remove the bay leaf and discard.
- Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
