Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh cod
  • 1 lb. fresh shrimp
  • 1 lb. fresh clams
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, white wine, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cod, shrimp, and clams to the pot and stir gently to combine.
  • Cover the pot and let cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the clams have opened.
  • Remove the bay leaf and discard.
  • Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
