Ingredients
- 2 cups of cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- 1. Shred the cabbage and carrot into thin strips.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage and carrot with sea salt.
- 3. Massage the mixture with your hands for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables release their juices.
- 4. Add ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the mixture and mix well.
