Ingredients
- 1 pound dried black beans
- 1 pound pork shoulder, trimmed and cubed
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/2 pound pork ribs, cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken stock
