- 1 lb pork belly, sliced
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
