Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons berbere spice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, berbere spice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
