Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of motsarela cheese
- Butter or margarine for spreading
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- 2. Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
- 3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet or griddle.
- 4. Layer one slice of ham and one slice of motsarela cheese on top of the bread.
- 5. Place the second slice of bread, buttered side up, on top of the cheese.
- 6. Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- 7. Remove the sandwich from the skillet or griddle and let it cool for a minute before serving.
