Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of motsarela cheese
  • Butter or margarine for spreading

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • 2. Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
  • 3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet or griddle.
  • 4. Layer one slice of ham and one slice of motsarela cheese on top of the bread.
