Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, snap peas, and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to coat.
- Add the cooked noodles and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
