Ingredients
- 5-6 fresh chili peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- 1. Remove the stems from the chili peppers and chop them into small pieces.
- 2. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- 3. In a blender or food processor, combine the chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar, and water.
- 4. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- 6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool before transferring it to a jar or bottle.
- 8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
