- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the raspberries, sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
