Ingredients

  • 2 capsicums
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 chillies
  • 1 tablespoon pectin

Instructions

  • 1. Slice the capsicums and remove the seeds.
  • 2. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and wine vinegar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
