Ingredients
- 2 capsicums
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 2 chillies
- 1 tablespoon pectin
Instructions
- 1. Slice the capsicums and remove the seeds.
- 2. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and wine vinegar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3. Add the capsicums and chillies to the saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the capsicums are soft.
