Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
