Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Directions

    Boil the potatoes until soft. Peel and mash them in a bowl.

    Mix in onions, chilies, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt.
