Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the beef sirloin and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
