- 6 hot dogs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 6 wooden skewers

- 1. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
