Ingredients

  • 500g lamb, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 red chillies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss the sliced lamb with cornstarch until well coated.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chicken broth.
  • Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cornstarch-water mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the crispy lamb to the pan and toss to coat it with the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
