Ingredients

  • 2 cow eyes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • 1. Start by removing the cornea and iris from the cow eyes.
  • 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  • 3. Add the cow eyes to the saucepan and let them steep in the cream for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Remove the cow eyes from the cream and discard them.
  • 5. Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined.
  • 6. Continue to simmer the cream mixture for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 7. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the cream cool to room temperature.
  • 8. Once cooled, transfer the cream to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 9. Pour the cream into a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
