Ingredients
- 2 cow eyes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- 1. Start by removing the cornea and iris from the cow eyes.
- 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- 3. Add the cow eyes to the saucepan and let them steep in the cream for 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the cow eyes from the cream and discard them.
- 5. Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined.
- 6. Continue to simmer the cream mixture for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the cream cool to room temperature.
- 8. Once cooled, transfer the cream to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 9. Pour the cream into a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- 10. Serve the cow eye cream chilled and enjoy!
