Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 4 eggs
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. In a small pan, toast the coriander seeds over medium heat until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, grind the seeds using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Add the ground coriander seeds, chopped celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
