Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. In a small pan, toast the coriander seeds over medium heat until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, grind the seeds using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
