Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 can of Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 275°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the ribs for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until they are tender.
  • While the ribs are cooking, make the glaze. In a medium saucepan, combine the Coca-Cola, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Bring the glaze to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 425°F.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
  • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
