Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 can of Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the ribs for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until they are tender.
- While the ribs are cooking, make the glaze. In a medium saucepan, combine the Coca-Cola, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Bring the glaze to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 425°F.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
