Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1.5 kg whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Mandi spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 cups water
