- 1.5 kg whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons Mandi spice mix
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- 4 cups water
