- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream
- 8 chocolate chip cookies
- Toothpaste sauce: 1/4 cup toothpaste, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk, then coat it in the flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the toothpaste sauce by mixing together the toothpaste, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Take two chocolate chip cookies and place a scoop of ice cream on one cookie.
- Place a piece of baked chicken on top of the ice cream, then drizzle with toothpaste sauce.
- Top with another cookie to create a sandwich.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches.
