Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream
  • 8 chocolate chip cookies
  • Toothpaste sauce: 1/4 cup toothpaste, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk, then coat it in the flour mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the chicken is baking, prepare the toothpaste sauce by mixing together the toothpaste, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Take two chocolate chip cookies and place a scoop of ice cream on one cookie.
