- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine.
- Place the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until soft.
- Allow the cauliflower to cool, then transfer it to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the cauliflower mixture into a thin crust shape.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
