Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine.
  • Place the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until soft.
  • Allow the cauliflower to cool, then transfer it to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the cauliflower mixture into a thin crust shape.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
