Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, pork, and lamb over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, frozen peas, and diced carrots to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, until the flavors are well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a 9-inch pie dish. Top with one sheet of puff pastry, trimming any excess. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
