Ingredients
- 1 lb human flesh, preferably from the thigh
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- 3. Place the human flesh in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over it, making sure it is fully coated.
- 4. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- 5. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the flesh is cooked through and tender.
- 6. Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- 7. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
- 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
