Ingredients
- 1 3-4 lb beef roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 large brick, wrapped in foil
Instructions
