Ingredients

  • 1 3-4 lb beef roast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 large brick, wrapped in foil

Instructions
