Ingredients
- 1 lb salted codfish
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

- 1. Soak the salted codfish in water overnight to remove excess salt. Drain and shred the fish into small pieces.
- 2. Boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them in a bowl.
