Ingredients

  • 1 lb salted codfish
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • 1. Soak the salted codfish in water overnight to remove excess salt. Drain and shred the fish into small pieces.
  • 2. Boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them in a bowl.
