Ingredients

  • 4 chicken schnitzels
  • 4 baguettes
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Mayonnaise, for spreading

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook the chicken schnitzels according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  • While the schnitzels are cooking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise, leaving one side attached.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each baguette.
