Ingredients
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- 1. Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
