- 2 biefstuk steaks
- 1 bunch boerenkool (kale), stems removed and leaves chopped
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
