Instructions
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Cook the beef mixture for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle, enclosing the filling.
- Seal the edges of the wrapper with water, pressing firmly to ensure they are secure.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and beef mixture.
- In a deep pan, heat oil for frying over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the samosas in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the samosas from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
