Ingredients

  • 2 pounds silverside beef or topside
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds, lightly crushed
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Slice the beef into 1/4 inch thick strips along the grain.
