- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vegan protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
