  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out a little bit of the avocado flesh to make room for the egg.
