- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out a little bit of the avocado flesh to make room for the egg.
- Crack an egg into each avocado half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each avocado half with a slice of bacon.
