  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, ginger, onion powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil, parsley, and salt. Mix well to make the adobo marinade.
